MUSCADET SÈVRE ET MAINE

TERROIR: Massive basement predominantly Orthogneiss belonging to the primary air: Metamorphic rock of the crystalline basement. The orthogneisses in our region are made from granites. Superficial, stony, sloping soil along the slopes of the Sèvre.

Traceability of guaranteed practices
Inspection by an independent certification body (CERTIPAQ)
Best way to produce very high quality wine

VINIFICATION:

Soft pressing in round grains to extract all its substance
Spontaneous fermentation with its yeasts naturally present on the skin of the grapes
Aged for a minimum of 24 months at the Domaine to bring out the full complexity of this CRU

TASTING: Raised on a recognized exceptional terroir, elaborated for a long time on lees, this Muscadet has the character and the power of a great wine for laying down. Wine both tense and very elegant, expressive with notes of fruit, flowers and a mineral side in the mouth. This cru, which will delight connoisseurs, fully expresses its aromas after aging for 5 to 10 years.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: Serve at 11°C; Ideal to accompany refined dishes such as caviar, grilled lobster but also certain goat or mountain cheeses.
