CHENIN grape variety cultivated on a small schist terroir well defined in the village of Bonnezeaux for a sweet white wine with a unique character in Anjou. Late manual harvesting in 3 or 4 passages to collect only the candied, passerillé and botrytized grapes. Long fermentation by indigenous yeasts in 400-liter barrels and maturing for one year before bottling. - Golden yellow color with copper reflections. - Complex nose of mango and white flowers mixed with delicate vanilla notes. - Subtle balance in the mouth between alcohol, sugar and acidity.
