In 2020, Florent took over the family estate, located at an altitude of 70m near Moulin du Pé in Loroux-Bottereau, in the Muscadet region. He began converting to organic farming. For him, a fairer viticulture with a balance between vine and terroir is essential. Appellation Goulaine, Muscadet Sèvre & Maine and IGP Val de Loire.
