In the heart of Anjou, a family vineyard for 5 generations.
Chenin Blanc, our king grape variety, expresses itself on the best terroirs of the Quart-de-Chaume Grand Cru, or on the prestigious appellations Savennières and Savennières Roche aux Moines.
We also grow different varieties and appellations of wines, very representative of the Loire Valley diversity (Red, Rosé, White, Sparkling). The manual harvest by successive sorting, up to 3 to 4 passages, allow to select the grapes more or less concentrated and to elaborate wines of very high quality.
We develop an environmental approach, certified HVE, and a taste for excellence that applies to all our cuvées, entirely harvested by hand. The methods of cultivation are traditional and applied in the respect of nature : grassing through the vineyards, short pruning, summer thinning and thinning-out of the leaves. Vinification & ageing are carried out in the pure tradition with a revival of the ancestral method such as stirring for our great appellations that age in barrels. The results are wines with a richness and intensity that clearly show the worldclass potential of this style of Anjou Wines.
