The Mélusine Brewery is an independent, family-run business committed to preserving the authenticity of its products.

We are very careful about the quality of the ingredients we choose. We make no concessions when it comes to the composition of our beers: no extracts, additives or colorants. All our products and processes are 100% natural.

We brew over fifteen recipes and explore different styles, from "Love and Flowers" wheat beer with rose petals, to "Puy d'Enfer" triple at 8.5°, "Hellfest" India Pale Ale at 6.66° and other ephemeral beers, an organic line and a conventional line in bottles and kegs.
