Vinified for 6 months in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and made from 100% Sauvignon grapes. Greenish yellow colour with golden reflections, limpid, crystalline, very precise nose of boxwood, blackcurrant buds, mouth similar to the nose with a lot of width, very long finish on citrus fruits.
