Fruit kefir is produced using natural fermentation processes involving kefir grains, which contain a diverse range of microorganisms. This is a beverage that is full of goodness and, above all, promotes wellbeing. The bacteria and yeasts work during fermentation to produce Fruit Kefir. During this process, they consume the sugar present in the water and produce gas while multiplying. The result is a naturally carbonated, low-sugar beverage rich in billions of active yeasts. Fruit Kefir is a natural elixir of life, formerly known as the Champagne of the Caucasus. It offers a healthy alternative to alcohol and sweetened or chemical-laden beverages.
