Les Freres Couillaud have always worked on their originality through Muscadets for laying down, Chardonnays which have become a reference in the Loire and original grape varieties. Since 2006, Amélie and Vincent, representing the new generation, have initiated multiple projects including parcel selection and soil cultivation. Their different cuvées are fully in line with this approach and draw all their singularities from the terroir of white and black micaschiste. Already certified Terra Vitis, they are firmly convinced that the culture must go through a deep respect for the environment, which is why, in 2019, they began the conversion to organic farming.
