Our Domains covers 64Ha. 44Ha of chenin grape, 17Ha of Cabernet franc or cabernet sauvignon and 2 others hectares gamay and Chardonnay. After an important reorganization of vineyard (training vines of wires, replanting …), we decide to rebuild the totality of the exploitation buildings and the cellar, in order to have a more efficient production tool, helping us to elaborate quality products and to be more respectful of the quality of man’s work. Our philosophy is to produce by respecting nature and our environment to the maximum, consequently, we adhere to the specifications of the integrated viticultural production chart “HVE” (Haute Valeur Environnementale). Since 7 years we stopped all the insecticide, and we used only sexual confusion and we put 9 birdhouses per hectare (the chickadees eat the grape worm). The multiplicity of our appellations : Coteaux du Layon 1er Cru Chaume, Savennières, Anjou Villages, Anjou Red, Anjou White, Crémant de Loire… allows us always to have a wine to match with your great dishes. The “Domaine des Deux Vallées” will be a vineyard where each one will find a pleasure to taste quality vintages in a cordial environment.
