Located at the confluence of the Loire and the Layon, Domaine du Gerfaut is a 20-hectare vineyard producing most of the classic wines of Anjou (Anjou Blanc and Rouge, Cabernet d’Anjou, Rosé de Loire, Coteaux du Layon, Crémant de Loire…). Recently established, young winemakers François and Antoine aim to focus production on dry whites while practicing environmentally respectful farming methods. Since 2023, the estate has been in conversion to organic farming.
