This was all it took for the couple to start dreaming of creating their own chocolates and cookies. Stéphane then left to train and obtained a BEP in pastry making at the Grands Moulins de Paris.
When Stéphane returned to Les Sables d'Olonne in 2006, their dream became reality. Le Chocolatier Sablais was born! The two entrepreneurs began to create their first praline chocolate bonbons, to shape their first almond rochers; they also imagined the boxes that would best showcase their creations: ballotins, boxes of chocolate sardines...
Since 2015, the Chocolatier Sablais delicacies are also exported to Europe, the Middle East, the United States...
