Located in Vallet, the heart of the AOP Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine, our vineyard covers 28 ha, 21 ha are dedicated to the king of Muscadet, Melon de Bourgogne. The rest of it is covered by the Folle Blanche and Chardonnay but also unlikely for our region by the famous Pinot noir and Gewurztraminer ! We modernized our methods to make a new kind of Muscadet. We commonly call it "Muscadet New Generation". The Tower, the pond, all the other surroundings and the vines makes the domain a lovely place to visit.

Historical Site build in the early beginning of the 18th century. With a neo toscanian style, inspired by François Frédéric Lemot. (the architect of the prestigious Garenne Lemot in Clisson in France). 1842: First vines planted in La Guipière's vineyard. 2015 : The Château Guipière, domain and vineyard, become the property of Philippe Nevoux supported by Stéphane Gouraud , vineyard nad cellar master. Since 2017 our château is labeled with High Environmental Value 3 certificate which means that we preserve biodiversity, use only organic products for the treatment and manage water resources.
