Dating from the Middle Ages (before 1238), Fosse-Sèche is a 45 ha property in one piece located on an atypical terroir for the region, composed of Jurassic flint and iron oxide. We pay particular attention to the harmony between fauna and flora in order to respect the nature that surrounds us. At the heart of this protected ecosystem, 15 ha of vines are cultivated in organic and biodynamic agriculture.
