This pure Cabernet Franc is born on a clay soil. Some intense aromas of black fruits with a woody background appear on the nose.

Origin : Eastern side of the river Le Thouet, lieu-dit Les Côteaux de Saint Eloi.
VINIFICATION
Mechanic harvest, fermentation of 20 days with a rack and return operation in early alcoholic fermentation, temperature controlled (20 to 25°C) with daily pumping over.
Ageing : 12 months in oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 2 wines, 1/3 4 wines).
Yield : 45hl / hectare.
